I wish I had one when I was a kid! So far, the battery usually lasts at least a 1/2 hour or about two miles. There's two speeds for forward and one for reverse. The slow speed goes a little slower than normal walking speed and the fast speed goes about as fast as a slow jogging speed. I like that there's a screw to lock out the faster speed for younger kids (late 2 early 3?). I think this Jeep is good for kids between late 2 - 5 our 6ish? My son just turned 4 and I think he's perfect size for it (of course I do). See the attached video. We've already been riding it for about a half hour at that point. It was on the fast speed and going about normal walking speed. The battery does slowly drain so it does give you a heads-up that its starting to run low on battery. I don't know exactly how long it takes to fully charge it but it's at least a few hours. You do need to assemble the Jeep but if you're good with directions, it's pretty straight forward. It took at least an hour to set up.

Remembering the educational aspects of toys is essential, because no matter how young or old your children are they will always benefit from a bit of teaching. You don’t need to over-do it by sitting them down and forcing them to listen to you, but you can ensure it is enjoyable and interesting while they are already engaged in play – don’t be afraid to role play as a pedestrian or pretend police officer if the situation calls for it. Your baby will love the fantasy aspect to these toys, because it makes them feel like they can do things that they see adults doing, and that they are usually not allowed to do. Fully licensed by the huge guys at Mercedes, the Moderno Kids SLS AMG final edition is a supremely innovative take on the well-known kids battery operated ride-ons. This beauty sports a fully functional MP3 player and MP4 color LCD entertainment center and unlike the majority of its competitors, touts an original Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG color matching spray painted body.

Safety –the tires on these kids ride-on toys might not be pumped up to 2 bars with air, but you can teach your tot how to feel the tires for hardness (acting this out is a great start for later life skills), check the headlights and tail lights to see that they aren’t broken, and things like this. If the car has space for two you can also teach them that driving more carefully when you have a passenger is a good idea, and encourage your kids to pay more attention to how their passenger is reacting to their driving.
I perched this car for my daughter who is 2. She loves it. It's really fun for her and I can drive her around. I have also had my niece who is 10 months in it and she loved it also. The reasons I gave it a four star is because it is very jerky and if I use the RC to drive my daughter around she can still steer the car and because of her age she drives into things if I don't stop the car completely. Overall it's a great purchase for a younger child.

Kawasaki is a well-known brand when it comes to motorcycles. In fact, it is one of the preferred brands for motocrossers and daredevils. Of course, this is not the only reason why you should consider giving your child the Kawasaki KFX from the Power Wheels toy division of Fisher-Price. With a very rugged all-terrain vehicle look, this is one of the best kids electric cars you can ever give as a gift.
Cruise along singing to your favorite songs using the included AUX cord for your MP3 player or listen to the built-in tunes or radio, your child will love this realistic looking ride-on. Features spring suspension, 14” traction wheels, adjustable seatbelt for extra safety and magnetic doors as well as LED lights both headlights and tail-lights for a realistic look.

This jeep is great. Took a few hours to put together by myself but I was a bit distracted by the tv so I think it could've gone more quickly had I applied myself. My son loves it but the best part is that I fall just under the weight restrictions so after all those years as a child of wanting one of these, I can finally FINALLY live my dream and drive it around myself. LOVE IT!
* SHIPPING ... Comes in HUGE heavy box. The box was undamaged, but the left motor broke off in transit, and cracked the frame. I decided to repair it myself instead of waiting for replacement parts (or trying to cram it back in the box), & noticed a design flaw - the rear electric motors (rear wheel drive, each wheel has its own motor) are not attached well at all, I believe there's a good chance they will eventually break off. My suggestion, while assembling it, drill a few extra screws into the frame for extra support.
