Helping dad out in the garden will be fun packed with the Peg Perego John Deere Gator. The large dump bed with a tailgate that can open and close will let them load and carry away the dirt as dad works in the garden. A pulley mechanism ensures they can dump the load in the dump bed easily. Knobby tread wheels let the John Deere Gator travel effortlessly on grass, gravel, dirt or on the driveway.
This is another excellent set of power wheels from Fisher-Price. Working doors, spacious storage in the rear, 2 speeds – topping out at 5 mph, 12-volt battery life, and the option of restricting the speed to 2.5 mph, all advance for a really cool jeep. And if the shrieks of joy are not loud enough to hear, there is also a microphone, and it also plays a range of tunes over its radio, perfect for a youngster who loves to sing.
The Jeep Wrangler means adventure, and kids can have that same sense of adventure with this smaller, safer model of the famous vehicle. It looks just like the real thing with all of the same features. Kids can ride at two speeds of 2.5 or 5.0 miles per hour, depending on the setting that parents impose on the vehicle. As a safety measure, adults can lock the speed to the lower choice for those that need to practice their driving skills a bit more. When abilities improve or safety is no longer a concern, the speed can be unlocked for full speed freedom. Vehicles such as this one provide children with hands-on learning experience for cause-and-effect principles. They learn by doing and eventually see that the action they perform causes something to happen. This Jeep has a front seat that is large enough for two kids to sit or one kid to haul some toys. A back storage compartment can also be used for storage too. A rechargeable battery and charger are included with the purchase, so the fun never has to stop.
* ASSEMBLY ... You have to assemble *everything* - absolutely nothing comes pre-assembled. For example, see the rear roll-bar in the photo? That alone is 16 pieces to be screwed together, not including the decals. Allow 90 minutes, but my repair took another 90 minutes, making assembly time a little over 3 hours total for me (from box to complete unit).
In 1998, Fisher-Price undertook a monumental recall of up to 10 million Power Wheels 12 volt and Super 6 volt vehicles manufactured since 1986. The recall and repair program was conducted to replace battery fuses and strengthen battery connectors in order to prevent the units from overheating. The main difference of a post recall Power Wheel is that the original "H" (or on very early Power Wheels, "S") connectors are removed and replaced with the larger, black "A" connectors. If a Power Wheels ride-on was built in or before 1998 and has the Black "A" connectors, then the recall work has probably been performed.
So there are the roll bars, that distinctive Jeep grille, a roomier rear storage space and roll bars. The doors are real and fully functional ;they open and close with relative ease. The rear storage area of the Power Wheels Disney Frozen Jeep is roomier and can accommodate a good amount of the kids play items. The miniature Jeep Wrangler is available in two speeds- 2.5 mph and 5 mph. Whilst not difficult, it is a bit tricky to assemble, and thats before you (or the baby) tackle the job of placing the stickers.
I perched this car for my daughter who is 2. She loves it. It's really fun for her and I can drive her around. I have also had my niece who is 10 months in it and she loved it also. The reasons I gave it a four star is because it is very jerky and if I use the RC to drive my daughter around she can still steer the car and because of her age she drives into things if I don't stop the car completely. Overall it's a great purchase for a younger child.
Electric cars are great examples of ride-on toys that are otherwise similar with pedal-powered vehicles, except for the fact that these run on battery power. Nevertheless, these playthings are excellent for helping kids develop their psychomotor skills particularly in terms of their visual motor coordination, balance, and proprioception. Flicking on switches also help enhance dexterity and master their control of fine motor movements.
With a 12 volt battery and a charger to keep it primed, this super sports car is one fantastic vehicle for toddlers. It is made of durable plastic materials that can take the rough treatment from kids and keep on going. The operating features of the car are a horn, headlights, a seat belt, MP3 connection, FM radio, and steering controls. Kids can go forward or reverse, unlike some of the other models of cars that only move forwards for safety reasons. A wonderful safety mechanism that it does have besides the seat belt is that if kids are too young to handle the driving themselves, adults can control the car by remote. This way the child can still enjoy the ride, but without the worry of them getting hurt or destroying property. The vehicle travels up to two miles per hour so kids can enjoy some speed, but not get into any trouble or spills. This is one great race car for boys or girls that are ready to ride!
As a fast as it looks, it can only go forward at 2.5 miles per hour and 5.0 miles per hour and it can go in reverse at 2.5 miles per hour. Which is fast enough for most young kids. It has a simple and easy to operate reverse push button. There are real side mirrors on the vehicle which give it even more realistic looking along with a spacious load bed, of course by kids expectations of spacious.
Safety is always a concern for parents, with the Arctic Cat they can rest assured. High-speed lock-out allows them to decide when their child is ready to go from 2.5mph to 5mph and it also includes safety belts and bucket seats to ensure they stay in the car at all times. Power-lock brakes will stop the car as soon as they remove their foot from the accelerator pedal. It also offers a reverse gear for them to get themselves out of a spot of bother.
A 12-volt battery which is rechargeable. A working FM radio, MP3 Jack so your children can rock on as they navigate the back yard, and with a truck bed that offers a tailgate that lifts and lowers Add to that pretend seat belts makes this is the ultimate ride-on for your wannabe driver. It has two drive speeds at 2.5mph when your kid is still learning to 5mph for when he is ready for more speed, it also offers a 2.5mph reverse speed.
The large and wide tires have deep treads for maximum traction. Whether you kid will drive it over grassy and muddy terrain, there’s just no stopping the KFX. And with a wide wheelbase providing optimum stability, there clearly is no terrain that the KFX cannot go. Its steel frame construction guarantees superior durability as well as safety. You won’t fear it might break and put your kid at risk for injury.
The popular F-150 truck now comes in a miniature model just for toddlers. They can ride almost anywhere in this adorable truck because it has wide, tough tires that grip easily to many surface types. It works well in grass and on any hard surface, and the truck can go up to 3.5 miles per hour. Even though that seems like a high speed for toddlers, it does have a grand safety mechanism. The automatic brake system stops the truck immediately when the driver’s foot comes off of the pedal. This alone will prevent many injuries and mishaps from occurring. Kids can ride in forward or reverse with easy manipulation of the controls. By maneuvering the truck, children learn the principles of cause-and-effect quickly. Also at practice when using the vehicle are gross motor skills, self-confidence building, and balance abilities. Probably the most unique attribute of this F-150 truck is that when the hood is lifted, kids can see the pretend engine. If that is not enough to get the little ones excited, it also comes with a large truck bed for storing things, genuine-looking side view mirrors and a great windshield. This neat vehicle will last for many years because of its durable construction of hard plastic materials.

It simulates the Dodge V10 engine sound and also has horn sounds to alert everybody to your presence. Deep bucket seats and a roll bar make it cool to sit in and it is roomy enough to accommodate not only your child but a friend or sibling as well.

My kid loves this thing! I would have given it 5 starts, but there were two nit-picky things. First, recommend you don't wait until the last step to put the stickers on it. Put the stickers on as you go. I think that would be so much easier. Second, in 'low' or 'slow' gear, its pretty much worthless on the grass. Once you take the screw out for 'high' or 'fast' gear it does pretty good on the grass.
